Earlier this week, Minot Area Community Foundation board & staff were pleased to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony for Minot’s newest playground.
It was a gorgeous fall day, perfect for celebrating this new community playground, which was being enjoyed by kids of all ages.
MACF’s Mike & Dorothy Dolan fund granted $125,000 to the Minot Park District Foundation to support the new all-inclusive playground located at the Scheels softball complex in SE Minot.
During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, MACF President Jason Zimmerman shared, "Our donors had a vision to support the quality of life initiatives here in Minot, and the Minot Park District is a natural partner. We're proud to be part of a facility that is inclusive of all ages & all abilities. Proud be a partner and proud see this become a reality and very happy for the Park District and the community of Minot.”
Congratulations, Minot Parks, and thank you for including us in this special day!
