The Minot Area Community Foundation’s Give360 Giving Circle has announced the grant recipients from their December Grant Meeting. This year, Give360 has granted a total of $16,000 back into the community - $8,000 to the Trinity Health Foundation for the Pediatric Play Therapy Room and $8,000 to the Union Silos Public Art Project.

The Pediatric Play Therapy Room will be a new amenity to the Inpatient Pediatric Unit at the new Trinity Health healthcare campus and medical district. The room will provide space needed for pediatric patients of all age groups to enjoy varied types of play and will assist in meeting the emotional needs of a child who is in the hosipital.

Union Silos is a public art project designed to turn the downtown Farmer’s Union Co-op grain silos at 318 1st Ave NE into North Dakota’s largest mural and artistic backdrop for downtown Minot. Work on this project will begin in the summer of 2023.

“The diverse membership of Give360 is united in its commitment to make a difference”, states Jason Zimmerman, President of Minot Area Community Foundation. “By leveraging their dollars, they continue to create lasting impact in the community for generations to come.”
