Scholarships

Scholarships are awarded to area high school seniors with the purpose of facilitating their enrollment in a specific educational institution or pursuing a particular field of study. 
Funds can also benefit students from a particular school or community who require scholarships to further their education.

Scholarships Facilitated by the Minot Area Community Foundation

The Minot Area Community Foundation currently facilitates the following scholarships for area high school seniors.

The Foundation also holds scholarship endowment funds that are facilitated through specific schools. For application information on these scholarships, please contact the respective schools:
  • Brooke Nicole Schroeder Memorial Scholarship - for Max High School students
  • Haley Sundsbak Memorial Scholarship - for Des Lacs Burlington High School students
  • Dale & Sally Stremick Scholarship - for Langdon High School students

Scholarship funds facilitated by the Minot Area Community Foundation awarded over $113,000 to area high school seniors in 2025, and over $1,000,000 since inception.
